Salaried Employees who have six (6) months of continuous employment with the company are permitted to take time off for Holidays without interruption of pay. The following
days are available.
- Christmas: If Christmas falls on Tuesday or Wednesday, there will be two (2) days permitted. If Christmas falls on a Monday or Friday, then only one (1) days is permitted.
- Thanksgiving: 1 Day.
- New Years Day: 1 Day
Requirements: The employee must work the preceding week. Holiday pay is not accumulated. Holidays cannot be combined with other types of leave without written approval of principals. The only exception to the above
policy would be at the discretion of the principals or pre-agreed terms in a 'hire' statement. Revised April 7, 2000 |
