Each new employee should receive, review and sign a 'New Employee Package'. This package sets forth the 'At Will' hire policy. There are no implied contracts of employment. Each new employee should review and print this policy for their records. This policy will be the arrangement with each employee unless a separate 'Hire Statement' is created and placed into the employee file. If a 'Hire Statement' is created, A copy will be provided to the employee for their records. Each employee who accepts payment for their work accepts and endorses the policies in the areas of EEO/AAP, Drug Abuse, Sexual Harassment and Smoking.

Hospitalization is available for full time, salaried employees. Family members may be added through payroll deduction.

Employees are prohibited from discussing their compensation with other employees. Your pay is established between you and your employer. Our basis is Matthew 20 where the laborers agreed to a rate of pay. The difference in the rate of pay has more to do with the enterprise and what the employer is required to pay in order to get the job done.
