  Este brings 20 plus years of construction experience and has worked on various government facilities, universities, schools, and office projects during his career. He began his career in construction working part time while he was attending college. He quickly worked up the ranks from a laborer to crew leader in the field. Due to an injury from work, he continued his education and earned an Associates Degree in Construction Management from Columbus State Community College. After which he joined a General Contractor working as a Project Manger/Estimator. He was in charge of the Job Order Contract at the Defense Supply Center of Columbus for nearly 10 years. Este has continued his career as an estimator recently joining Allen Ballew General Contractors.

Este has been married for 24 years and has 4 children and one grand child.
